HIP HOP

Hip Hop involves fundamentals such as popping, locking, breaking, tutting, gliding and is a heavily rhythmic style of dance. This class is taught to relevant, hip hop music from today’s top charts. 

 

JAZZ

Jazz technique is a fun, upbeat class that involves turns, leaps, kicks, and body isolations. This class involves heavy technical training/stretching and is perfect for anyone wanting to challenge him/herself as a technical dancer.

BALLET

Ballet is a classical style of dance that has been around for centuries. This style of dance is very precise and has a structure and foundation that's been passed on for generations. It promotes great posture, discipline, flexibility and poise.

CONTEMPORARY

Contemporary/Modern are two different styles of dance infused into one class. This class will explore modern elements (contract/release, fall/recovery) and will incorporate more contemporary elements.

PRE-PRIMARY

These classes help promote gross motor function, better social skills and rhythm in pre-school children. These classes are fun, safe and educational environments for nearly school age children to be properly introduced into school-like atmospheres. 

Lyrical

Lyrical is a style of dance that brings together concepts from jazz, ballet, and modern dance. This dance style heavily focuses on the lyrical content of the music it is danced to. Lyrical movement has a very heavy ballet influence.
